Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Ordering from us
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
(f) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT if applicable. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. Our prices are reviewed periodically. The standard delivery charge is for mainland UK.
We use our reasonable endeavours to make sure that every product on slightlydisturbed.co.uk is shown accurately and prices are correct. However occasionally there may be small variations in colour typefaces and layouts. Blue Bubble Ltd disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this website is accurate, complete and up to date.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase. Payment will appear as Blue Bubble Ltd on your statement.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses.
We take pride in a fast service, therefore any products you order which are personalised will be sent for production immediately once payment has cleared. Please double check your order on screen before confirming your purchase as we will be unable to offer a replacement or a refund where personalisation has been misspelt due to an error made by yourself. Once your order gone into production, you are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please contact us for further information regarding cancelling or changing an order. We cannot accept returns where product(s) has/have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way.
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.
The majority of our products are despatched Royal Mail 48hr. If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative restocking fee up to 100% of the trade price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
If a parcel is returned to us due to it being undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Where gifts have been personalised we are unable to offer refunds on orders returned to us.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays for products where stated.
(a) From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by the specified cut off period to ensure delivery the next day.
(b) Orders placed on a Friday before the specified last order time will be delivered on the following Monday.
(c) Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
(d) Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
(e) Our carriers will normally deliver your parcel between 9am and 5pm but certain carriers may deliver later; unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
(f) A signature may be required on receipt.
(g) If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place, if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
(h) If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Northern Scotland will take up to 48 hours.
Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:-
(b) severe weather conditions;
(c) industrial dispute;
(d) strike or labour disputes
Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process.
Please note: In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been mis-spelt.
Blue Bubble Ltd reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchanges
If you would like to refund or exchange an item we have produced for you, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of receipt quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return or exchange. We regret we cannot accept returns where product(s) has/have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way.
We will forward you an RMA number and we recommend you use a tracked/signed for service and obtain a proof of posting. Once received back, inspected and cleared, we’ll dispatch your new item within 1 working day with standard delivery or provide a refund. In return/exchange cases the customer is liable for the return postage, and we you need to return items back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Blue Bubble Ltd reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example, a damage occurring during delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us.
If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and damage occurred, and we will arrange for replacement item to be sent out. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse or if faulty occurs after 30 days of receipt.
I received the wrong item.
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
The material on this Website is provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Upon ordering with us you are agreeing to disclose personal information to us.
When you go through the ordering process you will be asked to provide such information as your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to advise you of the status of said order.
Slightly Disturbed will not sell or disclose any personal data to any third party unless required to do so by law.
If you agree to receive our newsletters we will use your email address to contact you, sending regular email newsletters informing you of new products, special offers and any featured information.
When a phone number is requested and provided, we may use this to contact you to ensure that you are happy with the service you received or we may pass this phone number on to the delivery company that is selected for your order upon purchase.

Products Containing Batteries
Some of our products, including our clock range, come supplied with batteries. Here at Slightly Disturbed we are committed to help the environment where possible. It is important to dispose of used batteries in a safe way through the proper channels.
Due to the chemical makeup of batteries, they should not be disposed of with normal household waste but rather through a recognised battery collection point.
